- What is your check-in and check-out policy?
Check-in policy: The room is available from 15:00 hours, unless early check-in is available.
Check-out policy: The room must be vacated by 11:00 hours, unless late check-out is available (additional charges may apply).
It is always possible to drop your luggage earlier if the room is not ready.
We will meet you personally to check you in and check you out.
- Can we park at the property and do we have to pay for parking?
Both Victoria Seis and Casita de la Suerte are located in the Historical Centre so it is not possible to park in front of the properties, however there are several large free car parks just outside the properties 5-10 minutes walk away. For Victoria Seis we recommend Public Car Park La Zapata (500m / 7 minutes walk) and for La Casita de la Suerte we recommend Public Parking Monjas Viejas (190m / 3 minutes walk).
- What is your cancellation policy?
You can book well in advance as when you plans change you can still cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days or you are a no-show, we will charge the full amount.
If you booked our cheaper non-refundable rate, the cancellation costs will be 100%.
- Do you have WiFi?
We offer free Wifi at all accommodations.
- Do all units have a private bathroom?
Yes all units have a private bathroom.
- Is there AC/Heating?
Yes all units have Air-Conditioning units that also blow hot air.
- Is there a child bed available?
For the apartments at Victoria Seis we offer a baby bed for children (up to 2 years free) of charge, subject to availability. At Victoria Seis in the one-bedroom apartment there is also a small sofa bed for a child. The length is 170cm.
- Is your accommodation family friendly?
The 2-bedroom apartment at Victoria Seis, with its double bed and bunk bed, is perfect for families.
- Do you offer breakfast, lunch or dinner?
We don't offer any meals but the apartments have their own kitchen or kitchenette and fridge and we are walking distance from several nice bars and restaurants offering breakfast, lunch or dinner. We will be happy to give you local recommendations on arrival.
- Will we have a private or shared terrace?
All rooms and apartments at Victoria Seis and Casita de la Suerte have their own private terrace.
- What are the closest airports?
If you travel by plane, you can fly into Jerez Airport (34 km, 30 minutes' drive), Gibraltar Airport (84KM, 1 hour drive), Seville Airport (107 km, 1 hour 20 minutes' drive) or Malaga Airport (195 km, 2 hours' drive). Medina-Sidonia is easy to reach by car. Parking is free at several car parks just outside the city centre.
- Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at Victoria Seis or Casita de la Suerte
- What is the weather like in Medina-Sidonia?

- Do you have a swimming pool?
We do not have a pool, there is a public swimming pool in Medina-Sidonia 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking. The beaches are all 30-40 minutes drive away.
